The breakfast offered a fantastic selection. The happy hour at the lobby restaurant was also quite nice. It was a pleasant way to unwind after a day.

The concierge was unhelpful. He seemed impatient with guests needing assistance. Check-in also took a very long time. This created an initial negative impression.
